All orders are shipped via Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel for tracked delivery in 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS OR LESS depending upon where you are in the country and how close you are to a major center. The standard shipping rate is $16.95 per order, $9.95 if your order is over $50, with FREE shipping on all orders over $75.00. All orders are shipped from Canada. HST/GST applies to all Canadian orders. Orders are normally shipped same or next business day. If there is ANY reason for a delay, we will notify you immediately.

Why One Shipping Standard? Many companies offer a multitude of shipping options with the explanation that they like to give their customers choice and give them the opportunity to save money. Baloney! We use one method so that shipping from our warehouse is fast and efficient. This efficiency we can then pass on to you in the form of savings on the products themselves rather than burying the hassle of multiple options within the price. Ultimately, we want you pass on to you the very best prices possible. Period.

Back Orders:  In the event that a selected product is not available, we reserve the right to: a) substitute another colour, b) substitute an equivalent or better similar product, or c) refund the portion of the order applicable to the backordered item.  In some cases we may contact you with options.  But in any case, we will not leave you hanging.  If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Promotional Items:  Often when we run promotions that include a FREE item with your order, that item MAY come separately from our U.S. warehouse and will require an extra 7-8 days to arrive.  There will be no duties or taxes on any such items.

Returns: We will accept returns for exchange on defective products only within 15 days.  In the rare circumstance that you do receive a defective product, please email us at sales@JustAddFlesh.ca with your order number and circumstance and we will contact you right away to make things right. It's called customer service and we thrive on making our customers happy because they come back again and again.
